What conditions do you treat?
At our clinic in Goonhavern, Cornwall, we treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and physical performance‑related issues, including:

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly via the website
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your initial session includes:
Comprehensive assessment — injury history, movement analysis, strength testing
Hands‑on treatment — manual therapy, soft‑tissue work, joint mobilisation
Personalised rehab plan — exercises, load management, recovery strategy
Goal setting — whether you want pain relief, return to sport, or performance gains
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.
An Honest Plan - If we can help your issue then we will discuss with you an appropriate treatment plan moving forward, we always give clients choice if they wish to proceed or not.
How long are appointments?
Quick Appointment: 40 minutes
Standard Appointment: 60 minutes
Detailed Appointment: 90 minutes
Do you offer sports‑specific physiotherapy?
Yes. We specialise in sports physiotherapy and performance for athletes of all levels:
from recreational sports to elite competitors. This includes biomechanical analysis, strength programming, and return‑to‑sport planning.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
